  • San Diego Community Power is seeking proposals from qualified firms to implement SDREN’s commercial sector programs — Efficient Refrigeration, Market Access and Small-to-Medium Business Energy Coach.

 

Proposals must be submitted electronically to San Diego Community Power using the online Proposal Submission Forms by 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on June 26, 2025. A Proposer may submit a proposal for one or more programs.
