SoCalGas encourages new entrants and smaller firms, including Diverse and Small Business Enterprises, to participate in these third-party solicitations as potential prime contractors or subcontractors.
The IDEEA 365 is a recurring competitive procurement process open to all interested parties. SoCalGas may award multiple contracts in this solicitation. SoCalGas will carry out the solicitation as follows:

Request for Proposal (RFP): Respondents prepare a detailed technical program proposal. SoCalGas will evaluate all proposals according to the RFP requirements to determine which will advance to contract negotiations.

Optional Bidder Interview: An opportunity for the bidder to answer clarifying questions on their submitted proposal, as needed.
SoCalGas will manage this event through the SAP Ariba sourcing platform. Interested bidders must register, complete, and submit the contact form in this LINK (also provided below) by 5:00 PM(PST) no later than the end of the day on November 14, 2024.

Optional Bidder's Conference - IDEEA 365
SoCalGas is offering an optional Request For Proposal (RFP) Bidders’ Web Conference to explain the third-party IDEEA 365 program solicitation process, provide an overview of the RFP Package, and answer questions bidders may have.
Bidder’s attendance is optional, but it is highly recommended. SoCalGas advises bidders to ensure appropriate staff members attend the Conference.
The Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, November 20, 2024, starting promptly at 9:00 AM PT. The conference is scheduled to end at 10:30 AM PT. If Bidders have any questions prior to the Bidder’s Conference, please use the Messaging Tool in Ariba.

To ask any questions during the conference, utilize the Question and Answer tool on the right panel of the Microsoft Teams Live event.
