SoCalREN welcomes feedback, with no deadline, on the incremental draft as we continue to refine the draft into a final submittal version in January. We have provide an Introduction chapter similar to PG&E’s to inform the reader of the state of the Business Plan, what they can expect to be missing, and how to read through the overall document.
